Step 2
Download the User's Manual.
In your Fend account, go to "Support -> Downloads" for the User's Manual and latest updates.
Step 3
Unpack the diode and accessories.
Step 4
Plug both power supplies into the wall.
Step 5
Power on the diode. Plug the DC jack from the first power supply into output side and then the second one into the input side.
Step 6
Connect the input side of the diode to computer with your Ethernet cable.
Step 7
Log into the diode. Open your web browser and enter the IP address from the "Your Diode Information" section of the Quick Start card into the address bar.
Step 8
Enter your username and password. Use the username and password from the “Your Diode Information” section of the Quick Start card that came with your diode and click "Sign In".

Step 9
Configure the diode using the web browser based interface, then click "Save & Exit”. See user’s manual for more information about configuration.
Step 10
Install the diode. Connect the diode to end-use equipment, and reconnect power. See the user’s manual for more information.
