Colin Dunn
CEO and Founder
Colin worked as a design engineer, manager, and consultant for 15 years, helping teams bring products to market and improve the resilience of our built environment. He is a Professional Engineer with degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration. Colin started Fend because he saw great advances in sustainable infrastructure threatened by hackers who seek to render new technologies useless and put our modern livelihood at risk. Colin and his team are here to stop cyberattackers from reaching our critical infrastructure.

Philip Quebe
Chief Operating Officer
Philip has 15 years of project management and operations experience across the cybersecurity, energy, consulting, and construction industries. He has done everything from operational strategy for startups to leading multimillion-dollar projects with large federal agencies and commercial clients. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Construction Management. At Fend, Philip oversees the ongoing business operations of the company.

Chris Escamilla
Chief Growth Officer
Chris has 30 years of operations and strategy experience in the US Marine Corps. While in uniform, he served in roles ranging from the development and execution of the Marine Corps budget, to commanding an overseas installation, to developing personnel strategy. He holds multiple master's degrees and has completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Chris is responsible for the development of Fend's revenue growth strategy and leads the partnerships and sales teams.

Sang Lee
Chief Engineer
Sang brings 30 years of electronics design and project management and leads Fend's technology development. He holds both bachelors and masters degrees in electrical engineering. Sang designed hardware that advanced modern cellular networks and went on to amass expertise in fiber optic communication. A seasoned startup veteran, he helped build a company and design sensors that monitored critical assets for medical customers.
